I'm an at-home fresh pasta maker with a love for all things food - cooking and eating it. Here you'll find my favorite fresh pasta shapes all made with the most authentic tradition there is - simplicity. I'm bringing you one-ingredient pasta in many shapes and even more ways to use. My Story

I've spent nearly a decade in corporate America but my whole life as a foodie. Corporate life feels fleeting, food and my passion for it doesn't seem to be; especially pasta. I've always dreamed of opening a small pasta shop in my retirement but I figured, why not just start now? And here we are. Lou and Lucci's is me sharing the joy that food, specifically pasta, brings to me with all of you. It's a glimpse not only into my happiness but into my upbringing, my culture and my family. 

As the youngest of six kids of an Italian-Jewish household, noodles, whether with pasta and meatballs or in Kugel, were a mainstay. This food represented more than just dinner and dessert but more-so who we were, what we believed and where we came from. They represented what brought us to where we were and what we had accomplished. 

When thinking about how I could bring my love and pride for food to the world, the answer was easy: noodles. My hope through this endeavor is to be there with you through it all; the Tuesday night dinners, Christmas feasts and the midnight snack after one too many glasses of wine. Let's do it all, one noodle at a time.
